Work With Me

12-Week Functional Nutrition Programme

Many of the people I work with are already doing a lot.

They’re informed, conscientious, and often juggling demanding careers, family life, and high levels of responsibility. On paper, things look “healthy”, yet in the body, something feels off.

Persistent fatigue. Digestive discomfort. Heightened stress. Inflammation. Hormonal symptoms. Weight changes that don’t respond to effort. A sense of being disconnected from your body, despite doing all the right things.

If this resonates, it’s not a failure of discipline or effort.
It’s often a sign that the body has been adapting for a long time without the right support.

A 12-Week, Whole-Person Approach

I work exclusively through a 12-week personalised functional nutrition programme.

This allows us to move beyond symptom management and work with the body as an interconnected system, gently, thoroughly, and with the time needed for meaningful change.

Rather than addressing isolated concerns, we explore patterns over time: how nutrition, digestion, stress physiology, hormones, immune function, lifestyle, and environment interact in your body.

This is not a quick fix or a rigid protocol.
It’s a structured, evidence-informed process designed to create clarity, restore balance, and support sustainable change in real life.

What the Programme Includes

The 12-week programme is designed to provide depth, continuity, and support.

It typically includes:

  • A comprehensive initial consultation and health assessment

  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your physiology, context, and goals

  • Ongoing follow-up sessions across the 12 weeks to review progress, interpret responses, and refine support

  • Guidance that evolves as your body adapts, rather than static plans or one-off advice

This paced approach allows us to respond to how your body changes over time, which is where real progress happens.

Functional Testing (When Appropriate)

Where clinically relevant, functional testing may be recommended to help clarify root causes and guide personalised support. Testing is always used intentionally and collaboratively, never routinely, and never without clear relevance to your health picture.

Is This the Right Fit?

This programme is best suited to those seeking:

  • personalised nutritional therapy

  • a functional, systems-based approach

  • support that goes beyond surface-level symptoms

  • a process that values understanding, consistency, and long-term health

It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a one-off consultation or a quick solution.

If you’re unsure whether the 12-week programme is the right next step, you’re welcome to book a free 30-minute discovery call below. This is a space to ask questions, understand how I work, and see whether it feels aligned, without pressure or obligation.

How it works

How It Works

01 — Choose Your 12-Week Programme

I work exclusively through a 12-week personalised functional nutrition programme, offered across three tiers to suit different levels of support.

To begin, you’ll select the programme tier that feels most aligned for you and complete your purchase. Once your programme is confirmed, you’ll be invited to schedule your initial consultation at a time that works for you.

After booking, you’ll receive:

  • a confirmation email

  • your Zoom link (if meeting online) or clinic details (if in person in Dubai)

  • access to your health questionnaire and 3-day food diary

  • an invitation to share any relevant blood tests, scans, or medical results from the past six months

All information is handled confidentially and reviewed in advance, allowing our work together to begin with depth and clarity.

If you’re unsure whether the programme is the right fit, you’re welcome to book a free 30-minute discovery call before enrolling.

Capacity & Care Model

Because this work is highly personalised and involves careful review, preparation, and ongoing support, I intentionally limit the number of new clients I take on.

I work with no more than four new clients per month, allowing me to offer the level of attention, continuity, and depth this approach requires.

If the programme is currently at capacity, you’ll be invited to join the waitlist or book a discovery call to discuss upcoming availability.

02 — Our Initial Consultation

Once your forms are complete, we’ll meet for your initial 60-minute consultation, either online via Zoom or in person in Dubai when requested.

This session is a comprehensive exploration of your health. We’ll look at your main concerns and symptoms within the wider context of your life, including nutrition, digestion, stress physiology, hormones, immune health, sleep, lifestyle, and environment.

Where relevant, we also consider mental and emotional wellbeing as part of a whole-person approach. If clinically appropriate, I may recommend further investigations such as blood, urine, saliva, or stool testing to help clarify root causes and guide personalised support.

03 — Your Personalised Programme

Following your initial consultation, I’ll develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored specifically to your physiology, context, and goals.

Within 4–5 working days, you’ll receive your recommendations by email. These may include:

  • nutrition guidance

  • lifestyle and stress-support strategies

  • supplement recommendations where appropriate

  • 12-week meal plan with recipes accessible via a mobile app

All recommendations are grounded in evidence, informed by functional medicine, and designed to be realistic and sustainable.

Cultural food preferences and real-life practicality are always taken into account — nourishment should support both health and enjoyment.

04 — Ongoing Support Across 12 Weeks

Your 12-week programme includes ongoing follow-up consultations, where much of the work unfolds.

These sessions allow us to:

  • review progress and responses

  • refine recommendations

  • interpret changes over time

  • adapt support as your body responds

Before each follow-up, you’ll complete a short check-in questionnaire to help guide our time together.

This continuity of care is intentional, meaningful, lasting change requires time, responsiveness, and collaboration. My role is to support you through this process, building understanding, confidence, and trust in your body along the way.

A Note on Fit

This work is best suited to those who are ready to engage thoughtfully with their health over time, rather than seeking one-off advice or quick fixes.

If you’d like to explore whether the 12-week programme is right for you, I invite you to book a free 30-minute discovery call.

  • When you book your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to fill. These are easy to fill online, from anywhere on any device. Once you submit the form, I’ll receive a copy to keep on file. Everything is completely confidential and stored away in a safe space.

Once I receive your health questionnaire and food diary, we will meet for your initial consultation on your chosen date at the time of booking. Appointments can be done online on zoom, or in person at my private practice in Dubai. The initial consultation lasts up to 60-minutes.

During this time together, and in as much detail as possible, we will address your main health concerns and current symptoms. We will also take a deeper look into your entire bodies’ systems to get a better understanding of how your body is functioning as a whole.

This will also help us understand where there may be dysfunctions and imbalances that need balancing. Mental, emotional and spiritual well-being is also taken into consideration as these can affect our overall vitality and health. In some cases, you may be referred for tests. This can include: blood, urine, saliva and stool tests.

Your personal plan will be sent to your email address 5-7 working days after your initial consultation. You will receive a personalised nutrition plan with all your recommendations to follow for 4-weeks. This may also include supplement and lifestyle recommendations.

Your plan will emphasise the importance of high quality foods specifically for you and phytonutrient diversity to address clinical imbalances. The aim is to alleviate you from your current health symptoms, empower you and move you toward the highest expression of health.

With every consultation, there is the option to add-on and include a 4-week meal plan with recipes. This includes the foods and nutrients prescribed to you in your recommendations. Taking care of your health shouldn’t mean sacrificing good taste and enjoying food. Part of healing is enjoying what we eat and trying to find joy in the process of making it. Cultural foods are also always taken into consideration and I work with you in a way that works for you.

Each plan is based on your recent health questionnaire, the comprehensive case taking during your consultation, dietary assessment and any laboratory testing, if performed.

  • A follow-up is essential for monitoring your progress, making adjustments to your plan and moving into the next phases of your healing journey. Further testing may be required. Any blood tests can also be put forward into a functional medicine lab analysis that can help us keep track of, and direct the next phases of your protocol. It is also a great opportunity to ask any questions you might have and address any of your concerns, complaints, difficulties and challenges.

Through ongoing support and guidance, a therapeutic partnership is developed. It is my aim to get you to a place where you feel confident, in great health and empowered enough to move forward without me. I work very closely with my clients and understand some people require more support than others. In more complexed cases, 2-week follow-ups may be necessary. In any case, you are always free to book a follow-up with me, as and when you need.

After optimal health has been achieved, follow-ups can also be booked for different life stage requirements i.e. pre/post pregnancy, a. major life event, an upcoming sports event, post illness, pre/post surgery, and any area that requires assistance again.

  • Depending on the individual case I might prescribe supplements. I only work with the highest quality brands, most of which I’ve worked with for years and use on myself and my clients.

If prescribed supplements, you will receive a separate email that will guide you to a user friendly online platform where you will be able to order all your supplements from one place and have them shipped to you, anywhere in the world.

  • Yes, I work with children of any age however, any child under the age of 16 years old needs to be accompanied by their legal caretaker, parent/s or adult.

  • Functional nutrition emphasises the importance of high quality foods and nutrient density to address clinical imbalances and move individuals toward the highest expression of health. Advanced nutrition assessment and a thorough functional-medicine based history, lead to a personalised therapeutic intervention created to promote optimal health and prevent diet and lifestyle-related diseased.

Nutrition is the core modality of functional medicine, an integrative approach to health.

  • Functional medicine is an evolution in the practice of medicine that better addresses the healthcare needs of the 21st century. By shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient-centered approach, functional medicine addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. Functional medicine practitioners spend time with their patients, listening to their histories and evaluating the interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and complex, chronic disease. In this way, functional medicine supports the unique expression of health and vitality for each individual.
